Please note that, in addition to the points listed below, you must submit a valid payment confirmation for your visa application, which you can download after registering on our website! 

Invitation Letter Form

Here you can apply for a letter of invitation. Please take care to enter your details correctly. The letter of invitation will be issued based on the information you provide.

Important

Please fill in all details exactly as they appear in your passport.
The name MUST be entered as it appears in the international machine readable zone (see green bar on the image.) of your passport, otherwise there is a possibility that it will not be accepted and the visa application cannot be processed. 

Please note: If you have a middle name, please include it to the first name!

It is very important that you fill in all the details on your visa application accurately and correctly.

Furthermore, a visa will only be granted if all the documents are submitted in full.

In addition to the requirements listed below, you must also submit confirmation of your registration and proof of payment (available soon on the registration platform) of the participation fee.
